The company is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal items prior to service. By booking a service, clients agree to the company’s policies on deposits, cancellations, and payments.

Welcome to Kaley’s Serene Clean LLC! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Kaley’s Serene Clean LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. Service details, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • If we arrive and are unable to access the property or begin cleaning due to client-related issues, the deposit or service fee may be non-refundable.

3. Payments

  • Payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments are subject to a $25 fee beginning on the 7th day after payment is due, and an additional $25 per day until paid in full.

  • Accepted payment methods include card payments and other approved online payment options.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the property.

  • Disclosing any health or safety hazards before the appointment.

  • Securing valuables and personal items prior to cleaning.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6. Liability

  • We are insured and take great care during all cleanings, but Kaley’s Serene Clean LLC is not liable for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or items that were improperly installed or in poor condition.

  • We are not responsible for pets, unsecured items, or hazards outside our control.

7. Website Use

  • All content on this website (including text, logos, and images) is the property of Kaley’s Serene Clean LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our services.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment occur.
